Lagos Commissioner of Police Visits Attorney-General , Chief Judge, Promises Collaboration

The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Alabi, on Friday 18th February, 2022 paid a courtesy visit to the State Chief Judge, Hon Kazeem Olanrewaju Alogba in his office at the High Court of Justice, Ikeja.

The State Police Spokesman, Mr Adekunle Ajisebutu, CSP, said on Wednesday 16th February, 2022, the police chief
paid a similar visit to the Lagos State Attorney General, Mr Moyosore Onigbanjo, SAN as part of his ongoing familiarization visit to important personalities, relevant agencies and strategic partners in the State.

The visit to both law officers was part of the Command’s efforts to foster better synergy for purpose of advancing administration of criminal justice in the state.

During the visit, it was agreed that there was need for a symbiotic relationship between the Police and the judiciary on one hand and the ministry of justice on the other hand especially in the area of capacity building so as to enhance speedy justice.
