Speaking at an event marking an Award of Excellence conferred on him by members of BAT Network Vision, a nationwide group devoted to propagating the progressive vision of Tinubu, Adefuye described the APC leader as a man who will always be miles ahead his peers because of the patriotic nature of his struggle.
“It can really never be forgotten in the history of this nation that Asiwaju Tinubu made great history by unseating a ruling government in 2015; which made it possible for Buhari to ascend the ladder of power, after three consecutive failed attempts. This same feat he repeated again in the 2019 election which afforded Buhari to proceed for a second tenure.”
Speaking earlier, State Coodinator for the BAT Network Vision, Hon Sina Adeosun, who spoke on behalf of the group national coordinator, Alhaji Akanni Odele, spoke in glowing terms about Adefuye who, according to him, did very well as a Sole Administrator when he handled the affairs of Yaba LCDA.
“The Award of Best Local Government Administrator, given to him by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Public Health Management in Nigeria, was an apt indication of his highly successful tenure as Sole Administrator of Yaba LCDA,” Adeosun remarked further.
Also speaking, Coodinator, Mainland Independent Group (MIG), Alhaji Ibrahim Alao Megida, described Hon. Bayo Adefuye as a man who is loyal to the APC, adding that he has sacrificed a great deal of his time, energy and money to ensure the success of the party during election.
Megida further seized the opportunity to remind the general public that BAT Network Vision will formally be launched on December 26 this year, while an elaborate prayer session will also be organized the same day for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Hon. Tunji Bello and Governor Sanwo-Olu, among several others.
